## Tier 1 (Intimidation 1+) * Staredown – You can immediately inflict 1 Slight by locking eyes and projecting menace. * Threat Display – Mark a die as Powerful; on success, you force the target to Falter (skip 1 action) in a Social Conflict. * Fearful Reputation – Enemies who know your reputation begin encounters with 1 additional Slight. ## Tier 2 (Intimidation 2+) * Forceful Command – Mark a die as Effectful; on success, the target must choose to comply or take 2 Slights. * Menacing Aura – You may roll Intimidation against multiple targets at once; on success margin 2+, all gain 1 Slight. * Exploit Weakness (Intimidation/Empathy) – Once per scene, you may convert any Insight about a target into a Slight. ## Tier 3 (Intimidation 3+) * Break Will – When you make a target Falter, you may impose a lasting effect (e.g., fear, obedience) until they recover 2 Slights. * Dread Herald – NPCs who observe you Subdue a target must roll Spirit; failure inflicts 1 Slight. * Fear Leverage (Intimidation/Tactics) – You may transfer 1 Slight from one enemy to another as an action. ## Tier 4 (Intimidation 4+) * Absolute Dominance – Targets at max Slights in a Social Encounter must comply with your commands or be considered Broken. * Soul-Crushing Presence – You may inflict 1 Slight per round simply by remaining in the scene (roll Presence + Intimidation vs Spirit). * Tyrant’s Will – Once per session, all hostile NPCs in a Social Conflict must roll Spirit; failure = immediate Falter.
